• If you have purchased a New product and wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products back to us. 
• We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus the initial cost of shipping that we paid to send it to you. This fee is €10 (i.e. Order total €100, Refund issued: €90)
• You will have 14 days to send us back the products. 

Order arrived damaged:

• If your order has arrived damaged you must inform us within 48 hours and provide pictures & any other relevant information.
• You can return the products back to us and after inspection, we will issue a full refund plus the postage cost you paid to return the order back to us. 
• Please include all (if any) accessories that came with your order.
