BuyBack Policy

  • I Agree to sell Cash Creators the item(s) described above.
  • I Declare that I am the sole owner of said item(s).
  • I Declare that I am over 18 years of age.
  • I Declare that I have received the sum shown above in full settlement of the item(s) listed above.
  • I Understand that if I chose to Redeem my Buyback, I will pay the amount given to me plus the Buyback fee.
  • I Understand item(s) under one ticket cannot be split and paid for individually.
  • I Understand that I have 28 days to Redeem my Buyback, otherwise, the item(s) in question will be made available for immediate sale to the general public.
  • I Understand that Cash Creators will become the sole owner of the goods, that they no longer belong to me, and I will have no right to reclaim the goods back.
  • I Understand the 10-day extension period incurs an additional 2% to the amount given to me originally for every working day it is late.
  • I Understand that to avail of the 10-day extension I must request this via email (info@cashcreators.ie).
  • I Understand that the 10-day period covers 10 consecutive days. Not just working days. (Charges only apply to working days)
  • I agree to repay Cash Creators any amount given to me for item(s) that are not in fact my property or which are seized, repossessed or lawfully confiscated.
  • I Understand that it is my Responsibility to carefully read and understand all terms & conditions associated with this service. I also understand that failure to do so, may result in the loss of item(s) used to avail of any service offered by Cash Creators.
  • I Understand that any of my details may be shared with An Garda Siochana at any such time it may be requested.
  • Any person attempting to trade in stolen item(s) will immediately be reported to An Garda Siochana and your account (if any) will be permanently closed.

 

Any item(s) you bring into our store to trade against  will be recorded via CCTV and a detailed description including serial numbers, model numbers & any other additional information such as cosmetic condition (for identification purposes) will be registered under your account.
