• Refurbished product returns are only accepted if they are defective and returned within the warranty period. We are unable to accept change of mind returns or returns past the warranty period. 
  • We will either Refund, Replace, or Repair a successful claim at our discretion.
  • Refunds issued are completed using the original payment method. (This can take up to 5 working days for credit/debit card transactions).
  • Order(s) being returned, (By way of shipping/courier), must be paid by the customer & it is the responsibility of the customer until it is delivered to us. 
If you change your mind: (Applies to new products only) 
  • If you have purchased a New product and wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products back to us. 
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus the initial cost of shipping that we paid to send it to you. This fee is €10 (i.e. Order total €100, Refund issued: €90).
  • In the event you have opened/used the item & we are willing to accept it as a return, we may charge a 10-20% restocking fee, depending on the item. Please note that once an item has been used or opened, we are under no obligation to accept it & may reject any return. This fee is based on the item cost and does not include delivery charges. 
  • You will have 14 days from date of delivery to send us back the products. 

Order arrived damaged:

  • If your order has arrived damaged you must inform us within 24 hours and provide pictures & any other relevant information.
  • You can return the products back to us and after inspection we will issue a full refund plus the postage cost you paid to return the order back to us. 
  • Please include all (if any) accessories that came with your order.
