• Refurbished product returns are only accepted if they are defective and returned within the warranty period. We are unable to accept change of mind returns or returns past the warranty period. 
  • We will either Refund, Replace, or Repair a successful claim at our discretion.
  • Refunds issued are completed using the original payment method. (This can take up to 5 working days for credit/debit card transactions).
  • Any order being returned, (By way of shipping/courier), must be paid by the customer.
If you change your mind: (Applies to new products only) 
  • If you have purchased a New product and wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products back to us. 
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus the initial cost of shipping that we paid to send it to you. Though our shipping charge for customers is €4.99, the actual cost for us is €10 & this amount will be deducted (i.e. Order total €100, Refund issued: €90).
  • In the event you have opened/used the item & we are willing to accept it as a return, we may charge a 10-20% restocking fee, depending on the item. Please note that once an item has been used or opened, we are under no obligation to accept it & may reject any return. This fee is based on the item cost and does not include delivery charges. 
  • You will have 14 days from date of delivery to send us back the products. 

Order arrived damaged or returned defective under warranty:

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. Please provide photographs of the damage, your order number, and any other pertinent details. Failure to do so within the 24-hour window may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

    If an item is defective and falls within the warranty period, contact us for instructions on how to return the product.

    You can send the products back to us for inspection. Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a full refund, including the postage cost you incurred to return the order. We can also provide a free return label, however, this requires you to drop off your return package at your local Fastway depot.

    If the returned product is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you & void any refund for returning it to us initally. 

    Please ensure that all accessories that came with your order are included in the return package.
