- Refurbished product returns are only accepted if they are defective and returned within the warranty period. We are unable to accept change of mind returns or returns past the warranty period.
- We will either Refund, Replace, or Repair a successful claim at our discretion.
- Refunds issued are completed using the original payment method. (This can take up to 5 working days for credit/debit card transactions).
- Order(s) being returned, (By way of shipping/courier), must be paid by the customer & it is the responsibility of the customer until it is delivered to us.
- If you have purchased a New product and wish to return it because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products back to us.
- We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus the initial cost of shipping that we paid to send it to you. This fee is €10 (i.e. Order total €100, Refund issued: €90)
- You will have 14 days from date of delivery to send us back the products.
Order arrived damaged:
- If your order has arrived damaged you must inform us within 24 hours and provide pictures & any other relevant information.
- You can return the products back to us and after inspection we will issue a full refund plus the postage cost you paid to return the order back to us.
- Please include all (if any) accessories that came with your order.
