Returns of refurbished products are only accepted if they are defective and returned within the warranty period. We do not accept returns for change of mind or returns outside the warranty period.

Upon a successful claim, we will either Refund, Replace, or Repair the product at our discretion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, which may take up to 5 working days for credit/debit card transactions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items via shipping or courier.

For orders that arrive damaged or products returned due to defects within the warranty period:

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. Include photographs of the damage, your order number, and any other relevant details. Failure to report damage within 24 hours may impact your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

If a product is defective and within the warranty period, contact us for return instructions. You may return the product to us for inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund, including up to €10 for your return postage costs. Until we receive the item, the shipping is your responsibility. Alternatively, we can provide a free return label, which requires you to drop off the return package at your local Fastway depot.

If the returned product is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you, and any refund for the initial return will be voided.

Please ensure all accessories that came with your order are included in the return package. Any missing accessories will result in a deduction from the refund amount.
