The warranty on products varies depending on the item and the grade assigned to it. The duration of the warranty for products can be found in the product's description box.

Returns are accepted only where a product is faulty and returned within the applicable warranty period. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

As all products are pre-owned, allowing discretionary returns would effectively enable short-term use of items (e.g. purchasing for temporary use and returning shortly after). Each returned item must then be fully re-tested, cleaned, and re-listed across multiple sales channels, which is not commercially viable. For this reason, customers should ensure they are satisfied with their purchase before completing the transaction.

Returned products must be returned in the exact condition they were sold, including all accessories (if any). Any signs of accidental damage, improper use, or water damage will result in your claim being rejected.

All returns will undergo an inspection by a staff member or an authorized third party before we can process any claim. This inspection process usually takes up to 2/3 working days but may extend to 14 days under certain circumstances.

Warranty does not cover any alterations, modifications, or interference with the product by the customer or any third party after purchase. Any evidence of tampering will void the warranty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that a product meets their personal requirements and intended use. This relates to suitability and compatibility, not to the basic functionality of the product as sold. We cannot accept returns where a product performs as designed but does not meet a customer’s expectations or usage assumptions.

We stock a variety of refurbished and new products, and quantities may be limited. Since we use several sales channels, if you purchase a product that is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement.
