C2B (CUSTOMER TO BUSINESS) SALE 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to every C2B transaction to Cash Creators. By completing this sale, you accept and agree to the terms listed below. A printed copy of these terms is available in store.

TERMS OF SALE

By completing this transaction, I confirm that I have read, understood and accept the following terms:

    I am selling the item(s) listed on this ticket to Cash Creators for the price shown on this ticket.

    I have received the full amount shown on this ticket in complete and final settlement for the item(s).

    The item(s) are my lawful property. They are not stolen, not reported lost or blocked, and not subject to any rental, lease, hire-purchase, loan or instalment agreement. No other person or company has any claim to them.

    Once I have been paid, Cash Creators becomes the sole owner of the item(s). I have no right to reclaim or buy them back.

    This sale is final. It cannot be cancelled or reversed after payment.

    If any item is not my property, or is seized, repossessed or lawfully confiscated, I will repay Cash Creators the full amount paid to me for it.

    I am 18 years of age or over, and the personal information and identification I have provided are accurate and valid.

    Any phone, tablet or computer is free of account locks (such as Find My or Google account lock). Any data left on an item will be erased. Cash Creators is not responsible for data left on any item.

    Any device sold to us will be factory reset and wiped, we are not liable for the loss of personal data.

IDENTIFICATION, RECORDS AND STOLEN GOODS

All items brought into our store are recorded on CCTV. A detailed description of each item, including serial numbers, model numbers and cosmetic condition, is recorded under my account for identification purposes.

My details and transaction records may be shared with An Garda Siochana on request or where required by law.

Anyone attempting to trade stolen items will be reported to An Garda Siochana immediately, the items may be handed over to them, and their account will be permanently closed.
